Ok, I haven´t listened to him, but he said he wanted to restore the souveranity of Lebanon IN ALL PARTS (= that means to eliminate Hezbollah´s influence). Of course he cannot praise Israel´s actions, but I know that many Lebanese go along with that if it really knocks Hezbollah out.
Too bad for the lebanese he's not someone the Israelis or the US administration can work with.
