It's probably taped, but the Israelis should bomb the transmission stations just for good measure and effect.

Just one? I'd opt for a saturation barrage by a battery of MLRS' launchers.

Take him out and anyone stupid enough to come within a 1000 yards of him. Eliminate the entire grid square.
