Yeah that's a pretty good take, hard to tell about some of these guys. I have always said Newt Gingrich is like others that have that 80/20 thing going,Tom Delay, 80% of the time they are simply brilliant and the other 20% you just wonder what in the world happened to their mind.

To Newt's credit, Tony Blankely used to work for and with him and that is one brilliant guy, who also worked for Reagan.
Can't believe Tony is a product of UCLA. lol.
