Isn't it true that Russert can be called to testify by the defense and he MUST appear? Same with Fitzgerald and when that happens won't it all come out as far as what Russert said to Fitzgerald?.

I will preface this comment by acknowledging that I am not a Bob Novac Fan. Timmy just got chewed up and spit out by Bob Novac like a wad of cheap chewing gum. Virtually every one of Timmy's talking points was completely eviscerated by Novac. I don't think Timmy will dare to address this topic with a real reporter again.
