Actually the reporter did not actually specify if it was accumluated reps or one. The end result is the same, right. Since the weight is a constant, the results how you get to that numeric constant is irelevant, right? Ergo, Maddie not so bright can claim 40 lb x 10 reps = 400 lb leg press. The number of reps (1 vs 10) is irrelevant b/c the end number is the same for both.
