Israel should only utilize restraint if they've captured a leader of hizbullah. Holding him down while they beat information out of him.
I agree. I'm sick and tired of hearing that Israel should exercise restraint.
We certainly weren't in the mood after 9/11 to be lectured by other leaders to exercise restraint, and Israel has been enduring smaller 9/11 versions since time immemorial.
That's just diplo-speak.
It means:
"We don't have a problem with what you're doing, as you're doing it now. But please don't nuke anybody without warning, OK?"
