When ever a defeated enemy calls your actions "disproportionate", you know they have been militarily successful.

Use 50 cal against AKs.
Use Striker and M1 armor against infantry.
Use Javelin and Hellfire against technicals.
Call in CAS early and often.

I was thinking about that this morning.... because I had been reading the blogs yesterday and last evening.. and then Brian Williams had a expert on and was asking about all the bombing in civilian areas of Lebanon and she explained what I thought was true, but had not heard really placed into words till now...

Hezbollah did place all their weaponry/missiles in civilian apartment buildings and even hotels throughout Lebanon. This is why Israel has been dropping leaflets telling civilians to get out, they are going to take out those site, even in civilian areas... their objective is to crush Hezbollah once and for all and they are willing to take the flak...

The problem is, these civilians doing the blogging may know or they may not know why they are being bombed and I wonder if the world readers should actually be filling them in with facts?????
