Wasn't that great? I only wish he would have added, while Dodd was singing the praises of Clinton's diplomacy, is that all he achieved was to kick the cans down the road and make our enemies take us less seriously. And I don't buy that they are striking out now because they think we are weak. They are striking out because they are losing the cover of Clinton diplomacy when they could shake hands and then continue to pursue their agendas. Everything, from their funding to their communications to their operations in rogue nations has been rocked for most the last 5 years.
