I even hook up to the Galei Tsahal audio feed (IDF radio station). I understand a little Hebrew but when they break in with town names you know something is happening.

Criminal prisoners to refurbish Safed shelters
One hundred criminal prisoners will help refurbish and clean shelters in Safed, the head of the Israel Prison Service (IPS) northern district said.
The IPS said the prisoners, who are on vacation, volunteered to help the Safed Municipality. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
