IAF estimates they've hit about 25% of Hizbullah's capabilities according to banner headline at JPost site.
I also think the fact that the civilians are trying to leave southern Lebanon plays a role. Nasrallah would love to play out another Jenin battle, but without "expendable extras" that's going to be difficult.
