US forces can take care of themselves in the water.

I would think that the biggest concern is the people on the ground. Once the Hezzies start figuring out that things aren't going their way, they are llable to start taking hostages or worse.

They'll go after American or British helicopters if we are trying to evacuate our citizens.

Well yeah...if you see 50 buses in a convoy with US flag on it....I would think the bad dudes would take note. Hope they hang swedish flags on them
