Like it or not, in thew interests of saving time, and not having to look up designations for the myriad of cruise missiles possessed by Iran, I have and will continue to refer to all Iranian cruise missiles as Silkworms.

I think whether it was built in Iran or China might depend upon how old it was. Iran was having trouble with the guidance system, I believe, and ended up buying Chinese made missiles.
Either way, it was supplied by Iran.

The C-802s aren't Silkworms. Heck, we shouldn't worry about them at all. After all "the Clinton Administration `has concluded at present that the known types [of C-802 cruise missiles ] are not of a destabilizing number and type'." Even though they were in violation of the 1992 Gore-McCain act!
