Israeli subs are Med based. They don't have any Dolphin Class outside of the Med. Think about the logistics for getting them there? They can't take them through the Suez and the only way out is through the Straits of Gibraltar and all the way around the Cape of Good Hope.
I think they can get them through the Suez. After all we are talking about the Middle East and Egypt.
With $$ anything is possible.
