When my hubby was in Iraq...Balad(LSA Ananconda) they had and I think still do, the dinstinction of being the most mortared base.....Luckily, hubby only was knocked out of bed once and suffered a cut on his forehead....unlike a 04 candidate did not ask for a Purple Heart...lol
