I have to agree. (I also like that show that Cliffy from Cheers fame hosts -- "Made in America.") I assume that part of Boudain's beef about the efforts to curtail illegal aliens is that he and his restaurant owner foodie friends have a vested interest in a steady supply of illegal Mexicans willing to work in their kitchens for long hours at substandard wages and without any benefits.
