I hope not. I am pro Bush but I have to say he did not expect the current events when he liberated Iraq. Bush said the world will be a safer place with Saddam removed from power. Well he was wrong. May God help everyone.

I assure you he was fully aware of the various 'scenarios' which could occur. All of this was discussed, and plans made.
He has done his best to put those plans completely into place.
He has had the resistance from other nations, the libs and most of the Democratic party leaders.
It's a wonder he gets anything done.
It is a very complicated situation, with many rogue elements.
