When there is no way to predict whether a particular woman's baby will be negatively affected, but it is clear that the statistical chance of harm is significantly heightened by smoking during pregnancy, then it is irresponsible to smoke during pregnancy. No one has the right to force any woman to abstain from smoking during pregnancy, but it certainly is the business of researchers, doctors, churches, and the general community to warn women of the dangers.
Look, I did not say women should smoke while pregnant, you were the one making the insulting comments. And I was insulted. You're the one in the wrong here, not I.
When you show me a study that shows a statiscally significant increase of risk that smoking while pregnant causes harm to the baby then we can talk. I'll give you a bit of a hint here......I've read all the studies. I read all of the ones available before I was pregnant and have continued to read them, and my baby is now 8 years old.
There ain't statistically significant diddly squat out there........regardless of the bogus headlines. But after reading this do not forget the very first thing I said in this post.
Correct! :-)
Not me.
This study is another lie. The nico nazis cannot be appeased and must be stopped.
