Plus lots of the Mexican border is rugged.
And you have to pay surveyors, landowners, environmenal impact studies, compensate the states, etc.
yea, but if my numbers are right and it's very early here we're talking about 370 miles and 1.8 BILLION
I think that works out to about NINE HUNDRED A FOOT!!
