This better not be like how Clinton and Cater bargained with North Korea. I actually hope that Iran turns this down so that we can show even more intransigence on their part before we clobber them.
They've already turned it down, as they would anything short of being offered the oil fields of Saudi Arabia and Iraq, and maybe a few Trident subs for good measure.
