No. That missile's range designates it as not capable of hitting Israel from Iran. It was launched, presumably, from southern Lebanon.

This is like when Russian advisors and missiles were in Cuba in the early 1960's - the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Now the IDF has to reach the launch sites and try to piece together who was there.
