I doubt the Israelis are looking to us for permission to do whatever is necessary. In fact, the President's recent comments suggest approval, tacit though it may be.
Could it be that our Commander-in-Chief has now just about had it with wars by proxy? Whether it is the agents of Iran and Syria or the mad midget of North Korea, we may be witnessing a major shift in U.S. policy.
