It's quite an amazing conspiracy theory to suggest it was ginned up by Bush...let's think of some of the things that would be required...The Bush administration created fake people to be on the passenger lists of the planes and fake family members to morn their deaths, interferred with the cameras that filmed the planes hitting the towers to create the illusion and mental telepathy to interfere with the eye witnesses having the planes in person rather than on television. The planes were guided in on these fake images to the place where the explosives were placed so that it would look like the planes had caused the collapse instead of the explosives.

and don't forget he somehow got those passengers on the plane that hit the Pentagon and the PA field to call their loved ones and tell them what was going on - ah - or no, Bush must have had them lie. etcand then there were all the firefighters in and around the buildings - they had to be in on it and not report the 'truth'
