The same federal judge who threw out Georgia's voter ID law last year blocked the state Wednesday from enforcing its revised law during this year's elections.

This is interesting. A Federal Judge in Indiana (Sarah Evans Barker) Granted Summary Judgement to the State, when its Voter ID Law was challeneged. The Indiana Democrats are currently apealling that ruling to the 11'th Circuit.

We have Clintoon to thank for Murphy.

Every voter should have to show ID to ensure they are not voting illegality, but it's interesting to take note who the people that are fighting accountability!

Actually, we have the rotten Southern Democrat patronage system to thank for this judge:
Murphy is a former Democratic legislator whose cousin was the longest-serving speaker of any state house of representatives in the country, Tom Murphy of Bremen. President Carter made Harold Murphy a judge because he was pretty certain what type of rulings he would make.

But haven't we known this for a long time?

Indiana held a primary under their law. The earth is still turning...

I am a big supporter of voter ID. My biggest concerns lie with illegals voting. While felons and dead democrats are problematic, I loathe the idea of non-citizens getting a foothold in politics.

As long as Judges like Murphy, and the Georgia courts keep issuing rulings that stop those laws we will never have vote security. We need the ruling from Indiana to appealed to the SCOTUS, and hopefully they will quash these frivolous suits. I would reccomend reading Judge Barker ruling(Indiana):

Its long but well worth the read/

There is a legal response to this idiocy. It's called impeachment. Too bad most of the Republicans in Congress are missing a couple of key components.
