I don't envy Rice's job right now.

To execute the President's foreign policy. The White House made a statement, she expanded on it by calling for restraint. I presume that's what she was expected to do.

If it's a difficult job, maybe I can offer advice to her on what she should have done/said today.

1. Kept her mouth shut. Or.

2. Gave preemptive condolences to Israel's enemies. And/Or

3. Wished Israel luck and God's speed.

I'm waiting for the day when Rice just comes out and says. "Ya'll just need to fight it out to the death and to the voctor the spoils."
