Minister Herzog: Israel entering new era

Government to use international pressure to dismantle Hizbullah
In an emergency meeting the Israeli government decided to ask the international community to enforce UN resolution 1559 calling on the Lebanese army to supervise the international border between Lebanon and Israel, which is recognized by the UN. It was also deiced to pressure the international community to dismantle the Hizbullah. (Ronny Sofer)

So which is it, are the Israelis to do it on there own or is Olmert going to wuss out and call on the international community to dismantle Hizbullah. I hope the former b/c the latter is worthless (see UN)
