Let me get this straight. He confessed to killing this innocent woman, right? He says he did solely because she was white, right? This was murder and a hate crime, right?
So how in the blue thunder does the guy get a sentence of 20 years to life? Does that mean he'll walk in 12 years? Just what does it take to get a capital murder conviction and sentence? What is this guy not getting the electric chair?
Kill a senator. They have special laws protecting them.
