Hm, I guess I still don't get it. Mr. X revealed that Wilson's wife is a CIA agent, apparently without mentioning her name. Mr. Novak then looked her name up in Who's Who.

So, if anyone “leaked” anything here, then what was leaked is the information that Wilson's wife, whatever her name, was a CIA agent. So, the leaker isn't Wilson but Mr. X, and we're none the wiser.
