There better be NO charges against ANY of the Marines in this bogus, concocted, media "massacre".

Once these guys are cleared I will do everything humanly possible to expose each of the media whores for treason.
We need to get the congress to investigate Time's and the NY TIme's roles in purposely fostering the lies.

We need to get the congress to investigate Time's and the NY TIme's roles in purposely fostering the lies. Agreed...And we also need to pin down Murtha and find out who told him what (if in fact anyone did) and what exactly he based his despicable TV accusations on against these Marines.

Thanks for the ping.
I am really glad to hear this. I wish the prejudgers could be held accountable. At least they've damaged their own credibility. I hope.
To: pollyannaish
I think they should be held accountable if these Marines are cleared. The damage has been done. Some people will always wonder. Compensation for these guys only seems fair IMO.
To: CindyDawg
The question is how. Voting Murtha out of office is a good start. Wish I lived in his district.
The press is a more difficult issue.
To: pollyannaish
Remember that security guy, in the Atlanta bombing? He went after them, didn't he?
To: CindyDawg
Some people will always wonder.
And the NY Slimes will make sure there's always some that
will always wonder.

Why couldn't these guys file a defamation of character or slander suit against Mu'tha et al?

The Treason Times will have this on the Front Page above the fold. Congressman Murda will submit his resignation in disgrace for his Traitorous remarks.

Richard Jewell got an apology from the FBI and a settlement from the media. Both are almost impossible to achieve.
To: pissant
I agree...and it sounds like this article says that...
However, right at the last, it says that Duncan Hunter and John Warner..are STILL planning on having hearings on "war crimes"...I suppose, because of this..by the end of the month..
You tell me how that will help to give them the benefit of the doubt...ALSO...if they aren't guilty, then WHY should these hearings, that are seen internationally going to take place...and have their names and reputations STILL drug through the mud???
Sounds to me like they are going to be "tried" without even being possibly indicted...what a darn shame.
