Stop looking! I have already found the BLUE RIBBON PRIZE WINNER for spin on this story:

Take a look at THAT title.
Look how the Washington Post tried to create controversy:
Novak said he and Rove had differing recollections of what happened when he asked about Plame. Novak recalls Rove saying, "Oh, you know that, too?" Rove, according to Corallo, has said he responded, "I've heard that, too.
This is a distinction without a difference, imo.
Some days, it would pay for me to look at which thread I'm on before I post. LOL
He is so self aggrandizing that he should have written the story like he was Perry Mason and Dick Tracy, instead, he wrote about himself like he was Dagwood Bumstead....just doing the LEAST he could get by with.
Since what he wrote made him look like a foolish Inspector Clouseau, then he MUST have done things that he was trying to hide by making himself out to be a gold bricker. If he DID only sit at the hotel and drink tea, then why did he write that when he KNEW it would make him sound like he did an incompetent job. What did he ACTUALLY do in Niger....something very bad and against our country I'm betting.
