I was invited to be in a Who's Who entry one time (as an attorney). Not only did I have to supply my own information, but I had to pay a fee as well. Would it not be the same for this entry?

NO, you fill out the solicited submission form -- incredibly extensive -- he's never merited anyone on the public tit who could fill that much detail out for him.
