Even so, there are occasions where wild extravagances are accaptable.

The other is when I get Wagyu Kobe beef ribeyes from Allen Brothers and cook em on the wood grill.
Mmmmmmm, Kobe beef . . . that is truly the best meat ever yanked out of a cow.
