ahem... E. St Louis is in Illinois. But the Dems did extend polling hours in St Louis in 2000.
It was to give those Illinois voters more time to get to the Missouri voting places.
Plus the dead were slow to get their votes cast as usually.
No way Crazy Clare should beat Jim Talent, but Missouri voters did elect a dead man to sit in The United States Senate in 2000.
With that in mind, run hard for office Mr Talent.
