Well, by that reasoning then I guess your organs should be harvested and used for scientific research. Many lives could be saved by doing so - and you are only one life, and isn't fair that by you staying alive a number of other people who could be saved by each of your individual organs...and since you are nothing but organized water, what difference would it make?
