As far as a basis in science for my argument, why should I need to provide one when the only arguments provided by the religious right are that "God says it's life".

A human embryo is not human life that warrants protection. It is a blob of chemicals. It has no heart, no lungs, no brain, no nervous system, no nothing except proteins and DNA. And if your retort is that "DNA is life", then I submit that the destruction of ANY human cells is the destruction of life.

Yeah, I know what you submitted which is why I said your ignorant. Comparing your cheek cells to an embryo is just evidence of ignorance. I leave that as an exercise for you to figure out why.

Though I don't hold out much hope on that score because if it isn't evident to you that your cheek cells are never going to become anything but cheek cells until the SLTD takes over, things are just not looking up on that score.
