I'm a libertarian conservative and I can't understand the stiff arm social conservatives gave to what I believe are vital issues.

What happened to vouchers...tax reform...tort reform..entitlement reform...spending cuts...the principle of a limited government ...for you guys it's all abortion or gay stuff all the time. With this crew we never had a chance and never will.

I support spending cuts, tax cuts, tort reform, immigration enforcement, private property rights, and so on. As far as I know, so do most of the other pro-lifers in the forum.

The libertarians, on the other hand, seem to go bananas whenever the issues of abortion or euthanasia crop up.

You can't enjoy your rights to liberty and the pursuit of happiness if somebody kills you.

Isn't it obvious? The religious right are not interested in that stuff... they are only interested in establishing their radical theocracy on the rest of us in the name of a "Christian Nation". They are not true conservatives. They are socialists of a much more frightening nature.

Not really, what you are is faux libertarian conservative wont to take my money when it suits your needs. But you're not alone, your type of pro abortion libertarian is legion. Of course there are libertarians who understand that the right to life is the preeminent right on the road to liberty, you're just not one of them.
