The embryo's life is ending. A human embryo. Ergo, a human life has ended and the feds are paying for it. Otherwise the bill has no purpose.
An embryo is not human life that warrants protection. I know how some of you far-right people think it is, but is no more "life" than a swab of cells from the inside of your cheek.
