If these idiots can't tell the difference between an 11 year old girl and an 17 year old girl.... Generally speaking you're probably correct.
However, there are some girls who develop very early. Moreover, a kid can tart herself up to look a lot older than she really is. When you couple that with a bunch of guys thinking with their little heads, you get something like this.

I've got a 10 year old. My home is frequently inundated with 9, 10, 11, and 12 year olds; some "developed" early, some not.
If they can't tell the difference, I'll stand by me comments.
We are not talking about 14yr - 17yr"mix-ups here.
