It's disgusting to walk into a BofA and see signs in nothing but spanish........I told one of my customer reps I'm looking around for a new place to take my business and personal accounts. Also, I told him that he needs to remind his managers that "aiding and abetting" an illegal alien is against federal law......his repsonse was just a blank look on his face.

Come on, the President Bush has a White House Website in Spanish and you and I are paying for that!

BoA and McDonald's are using their own money.

Re: BofA

I had to drop by my local branch for a counter visit the day before Independence Day. As I stood in line a couple of things caught my eye. First, the number of people depositing wads of cash was surprising. I had not seen that before but then I hardly ever make a lobby visit. All the ones I observed with cash wads were non-English speaking hispanics. I wondered if they had paid taxes on that income. Secondly, above one of the tellers was a decoration of sorts. One of those tissue paper like sphere decorations that looks like a disco ball. Anyway it was colored red, white and green. Remember, this is the day before Independence Day and there are no Independence Day decorations of any kind to be found. My turn for a chance at the counter comes and I approach and conduct my business. During this time I say to the teller rather loudly, "I like your Independence Day decorations but it really should be red, white, and BLUE!". The teller looks at me inquisitively so I point to the decoration hanging from the ceiling at the end of the counter. She mumbles something like, "Oh that is for something else". Then the guy that was behind me in line says something like "That was for Cinco de Mayo that's why it is green". To which I replied that I knew that and I was just being facetious. He said that he could relate. I then loudly asked if that was the illegal alien teller. Boy that went over like a turd in a punch bowl. The silence was deafening. You could have heard a mouse fart. By this time I was done with my transaction and headed for the door. As I did I noticed that many of the non-hispanic customers were smiling at me and some of the hispanic customers didn't look too happy. I'm guessing that the reason all of them weren't scowling at me was because the didn't understand English.

One other thing that I thought I noticed but am not sure about was that the people depositing the wads of cash did not have to present ID. This struck me as odd because every time I have conducted business at a teller I have had to show my driver's license. Seeing as they were all using the "illegal alien" teller perhaps they were showing their matricula consular cards. I just don't know.
