You are absolutely right. The majority of Americans (thanks to our Political Class this will no doubt change) don't want this and see the danger of American being downgraded to the level European nations have fallen. It's all about immigration and the fact that the ranks become diluted with those who hate our nation before they get here and the fact that the gates are opened to the dimwits.
Look, the ONLY way the Democratic party can survive is with an infusion of large numbers of people who will vote for more taxes.
