...It's a delicate balance. Foreign aid is meant to alleviate suffering, but is used by the dictators for their own aggrandizement. This props up the regime - which should have been allowed to die of natural causes - but that would entail human suffering and so we send in the aid...and so the dictatorship continues to breathe.

#125, that is all true and Americans are nothing if they are not compassionate,however we used to give aid and bounce the Dictator from Office overtly,covertly,frog marched, whatever it took. Now we have The ACLU, and other worthless organizations managing our Foreign Policy, and you have Traitorous Newspapers and Government Officials leaking and outing our every means of providing Security for the US as well as the rest of the Free World. These People in Government and the Secrets Publishers are not just traitors they are working directly for the enemy. I truly believe that Pinch,Punch,Puke Salzbarfer, and their ilk would sacrifice the entire NY times building loaded with employees to the enemy and not even blink provided that they were safe and could use an alternate Building and resources to publish more lies,and leaks.
