The cynic in me wants to say...

You know that in Czarist Russia, for example, many of the members of the revolutionary parties were actually on the czarist payroll, supposedly as informants.

Somebody had to pay for the bus loads of illegals to the marches. I think all this backfired on some of our government officials as this was a planned, costly affair. It was all timed to coincide with the senate bill. It takes money to do this. What better way than to use the American taxpayer money?
