Didn't Rudy make NYC a safe haven for illegal immigrants?
Giuliani had the same policy as every big city Mayor. The only reasonable policy.
Illegals were not asked their status nor was their status acted upon when they sought city services.
Imagine the opposite.
There are illegals. Because of a failure of the Federal government.
If they are afraid to go for medical care, you risk epidemics.
If they are afraid to go to the Police, you risk anarchy.
