Does this mean the rolling fast is over Sheehan? And isn't odd that politics are practiced in a Church? What happened to seperation of Church and State?

Seperation of church and state, only applies to conservative causes. Liberals are immune to such rules since they enforce them.

You know, IMHO, this is where she belongs. Churches do often encourage the role of the 'pacifist.' It think it's totally appropriate. Much better than her screeching in DC in front of 100 cameras so the world gets another helping of her craziness.

I think she should try to pack churches all across the country if that makes her happy. Just keep her out of the media.

Glad the church still has its tax-free status to have the funding to promote such non-political event. (sarcasm added)

I remember reading a quote from the Unitarians national convention. There were complaints from members that there was too much God in church.

I did a search looking for a source to document this quote but couldn't find it. I did find this http://www.uufullerton.org/uusites.htm which is a Unitarian Church's site. On its page of recommended links is a link to a pagan site. "Promoting the practice and understanding of Pagan and Earth-centered spirituality within the Unitarian Universalist Association"

Another site has their core principles posted. They only say "church" to identify with the mainstream and seek acceptance. When the place they are going to is pushing socialism and has very little to do with Christianity.

"Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part." http://www.allsoulsuuindy.org/covena.htm

Island resident Stephen Holley said he admired Sheehan for leading the anti-war movement.

Earth to Stephen Holley:
Sheehan isn't leading anything. She is simply a tool for the anti American hating left. The only person who doesn't know that is Sheehan.

The event was organized by the Peace and Justice Committee of the Unitarian Church.

So can we now revoke their tax free status..

Not surprising in the Unitarian Church. They are rather Godless, and so non-judgemental that they will allow anything in the name of so-called freedom. Just don't rock the boat and do not try to call any behavior bad, and they will be satisfied.

Funny how they ar so judgemental with GWB.

I agree with her that Kerry was robbed in the last election and should now be immediately installed as President of France. He won that one fair and square so I hope the French people finally get the justice and leader they deserve.

Cindy Sheehan spoke at the Unitarian Universalist Church

Church?

Somebody has a rather loose definition of "Church".

Typical misleading headline: Cindy
PACKS Church?!
You have to admit Ma Sheehan (like the Jersey Gals)
is enjoying the fruits of her bereavement,
thanks to George Soros' funding and machinations.
She's traveling the world with her "message" of
condemnation of the President and the U.S. Any
idiot has to know she's not buying those
plane tickets with of her own money!
