I believe the actions of the New Orleans residents that fled pretty much proved the point of the Sherriff. Everywhere they went crime went up.
Many are still sucking off the govt.,same as they did before.

Heaven forbid that they actually look for people who
match the description of the perpetrators.
Would the ACLU get involved if the sheriff announced that they were looking for two guys with crew cuts? I think not.
