How do they ensure there's no voter fraud using that system? You must not be from Oregon! Kerry exceeded Gore's vote here by 5%, while Bush improved 2% overall. Oregon's vote-by-mail is not intended to curtail voting fraud.

That can be said for pretty much any Dem-sponsored voting legislation. "Motor Voter" comes to mind, in particular.
