Who are the two nimrods who lack the necessary ID to vote and would have an undue burden to obtain said ID? Has anyone challenged the veracity of their claim? If they are that enfeebled, perhaps they need guardians appointed. We all know the real reason for the opposition is to enable voter fraud. The tortured protestations otherwise are insulting.

Once again - an activist judge overturns a law made by the legal law making body - the legislature.
This has got to be stopped - democracy is out the window. The activist judges are becoming the ruling class - They overrule votes of the people AND laws passed by the duly elected legislature -
How long are they going to be allowed to get away with this?

This is crazy.
The 'Feds' have to ensure that the 26th Amendment is enforced and ensure that everyone is 18 and older who votes. One of the ways to ensure this is with a photo ID to match their birth cert.
As many people have said before if you need photo ID to buy Sam Adams at the least you have to show it to vote.

Has anyone challenged the veracity of their claim?I had trouble believing there were that many people without a photo ID in the first place, but after the govt decided to make them available in every county for FREE I'd really like to see the explanation of why it's an undue burden.
I'm pretty disgusted to see our former King Roy right in the middle of this.
A huge problem, in the rural counties at least, is the absentee ballots. In some of these counties, elected officials have been known to take the absentee ballots around to poor & elderly citizens, trading money or prizes for votes.

IDs, IDs, We don't need no stinkin IDs !-- apologies to the film this was in.
If we can't tar and feather some of these judges, why don't we at least try to impeach a couple each year? It seems as though if they thought they might pay a price for their actions, at least they would think twice.
