Can you point out to me exactly when the DHS was authorized to over rule Federal and State Laws? I have a feeling this is another one of your made up laws, but who knows even a blind pig roots up the occasional acorn.

Besides the fact that this 55 million dollar Fence will never be built. By the way didn't someone from their organization say the fence was symbolic anyway? Well just looking at the budget they have given I don't see any where where they alloted any money to pay American Caging like 8 million dollars in caging fees, or pay all these other people that do direct mail that seem all have to get a take that would run into the millions, I don't see any money appropriated to buy these mailing list from Response Unlimited(which by the way the people who control that control half the groups on that list) that seems to be standard course. Cost overuns and liabilties issues do not see budgeted in the fence. So this 55 milion dollar fence would seem to me to cost more like a 150 million dollar fence at least.

Perhaps they can persuade Jerry Lewis not to have a telethon for Md and instead raise it for the fence.
