Rusty Yates is just as culpable -- he just doesn't get the focus. In my opinion, he ought to be tried, as well.

Now what is the likelyhood of a College English Professor being a Republican in this day and age? About the same in my book as one that thinks that a person who was at work is culpable in the murder of his children. Highly improbable.
