A couple of more items from S. Korean newspaper:
- They thoughts chances are low that NK will fire Taepodong, especially at night(early morning.)
- A huge chunk of debris from Taepodong was seen falling off 40 seconds after launch. U.S. & Japanese assets were able to track its trajectory.
