Not at all hit and run, in fact a few years ago before we knew that Rush was a drug addict, and before he lost his hearing due to his drug use, I put up a thread saying that I thought Rush had been doing a terrible job lately. Turns out I was right, it was when he was in the middle of his addiction. But everyone decided just to attack me, rather than comment on the subject I was bringing up.

Not trying to start an argument here, but I have never heard that drug use caused rushes hearing problems.
The thing that I have a really big problem with is the double standard of regarding privacy issues with peoples medical records and treatment for similar offenses between conservative and liberal celebrities/politicians... It is pervasive. (and no caps)
